Raybox

Raybox can reject high‑density foreign
bodies such as metal, glass, ceramic, stone,
Viton rubber, etc. The machine can also remove deformed
containers, overturned containers, defective glass containers,
containers with a low filling level, and twist‑off lids that have been incorrectly closed.

The containers are fed in a single line into the machine, using a conveyor
belt that runs through the entire unit.

The Can Version system is equipped with a conveyor with a commercial plastic
or steel chain.

The Panoramic Version system is equipped with a conveyor
made of material that is permeable to X‑rays. Contaminated containers
are automatically diverted from the product flow and directed to a separate belt.

Raybox is equipped with a waste rejection system with pallet type and
electro‑pneumatic actuation, which allows containers of any size to be
removed with high accuracy.
