Raynbow
Raynbow is an optical sorting machine equipped with high‑resolution
sensors that inspect the product using a “high‑speed double‑vision” system,
which analyzes 100% of the surface of each product.
The system is used for checking agri‑food products: fruits and vegetables.
Raynbow can reject colour defects, blemished products, and foreign
bodies, even if they are the same colour as the sound product. The product is fed onto a conveyor belt, which stabilizes it so it does not roll. In this way, all products are inspected and, if necessary, rejected under the same conditions both in the viewing zone and in the rejection zone.
Raynbow can be equipped with a pallet rejection system with
electro‑pneumatic or air‑driven actuation, using electrically controlled ejection valves.
It can have a single rejection system or, in 3‑Way mode,
two rejection systems that separate unusable products from those considered second‑choice.
