OPPORTUNITY is an optical food sorting machine that leverages
artificial intelligence (Deep Learning) for 360° product quality control.
Thanks to the roller conveyor belt (spin belt), which allows the products to rotate, and
the main cameras that capture full frames of the rotating product, the software achieves superior
product quality, fully replacing manual sorting.

OPPORTUNITY is based on the principle of self‑learning and can be adapted for sorting different types
of products. With its compact design and ability to communicate with other machines, it can be easily
integrated into production lines, contributing to full automation of the production process.

OPPORTUNITY is capable of creating a true “identikit profile” of each product, from every side.
In this way, it can detect even the most subtle defects or the presence of necrotic spots on any
part of the tomato.
The major advantage of artificial intelligence is that the machine is “trained” by analyzing thousands
of images, easily adapting to increasing quality‑control requirements.

OPPORTUNITY is available in three versions:

OY-600: optical field width 600 mm
OY-1200: optical field width 1200 mm
OY-1800: optical field width 1800 mm
